Terms & Conditions

All equipment remains the property of Formex Hire and Sales.
Hire charges are applied on a full weekly basis, regardless of early return or when equipment is no longer in use. Partial weeks are charged as full weeks.
It is the hirer's responsibility to notify Formex Hire and Sales when equipment is ready for off-hire and collection.
The hirer is responsible for loss or damage during the hire period and will pay full price for any replacements.
All hires are on a weekly paid basis. Payment must be made on the day of hire and every week after.
